Medical Records The VTH Medical Records department houses all the information on all of the clients that have ever visited the VTH. Many forms included in a patient file are electronically generated. In the near future, computer terminals located throughout the facility will offer access to an animal’s complete medical record – including wellness exams, vaccinations, medical histories, laboratory results, diagnoses, treatment plans and other pertinent information.
