The Animal Heart Center is an interdisciplinary center within the James L. Voss Veterinary Teaching Hospital at Colorado State University. The center is devoted to the care of animals with heart disease and the discovery of the causes and new treatments for heart disease in animals and humans. The Center houses state-of-the-art facilities for the medical and surgical care of animals with heart disease and is staffed by veterinarians and professionals who are considered international leaders in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease in animals. The Center maintains a robust research program devoted to the discovery of the causes of and new treatments for heart disease.
